- US Citizen between 21-40 years of age
- Not receiving any State financial aid
- BMI under 32
- Dependable car and driver’s license
- No criminal history
- Live in a surrogacy-friendly state
- In a stable living situation
- Must have no significant complications during previous pregnancies or deliveries

Application & Pre-Screening
Your journey begins by filling out our prescreen form. Our team will review your answers to see if you meet the initial eligibility requirements. If you do, our team will send you the application to complete. After you submit the application, you will meet with our Intake Coordinator to go over the whole process and compensation. If your pre-screening is successful, we’ll guide you through the next phase of the process, which includes medical evaluations, psychological assessments, background checks, and a detailed review of your pregnancy and delivery history. Once your screening is complete, we’ll take the time to get to know what matters most to you so we can thoughtfully match you with intended parents who feel like the right fit. Legal & Medical Procedures
After you’ve been matched with intended parents, we’ll help guide everyone through the legal and medical steps ahead. Experienced and trusted reproductive law attorneys will draft and review agreements designed to protect and guide everyone involved. Around the same time, you’ll begin preparing for the embryo transfer process, which may include hormone treatments and routine medical appointments carefully coordinated by your care team. Following a successful embryo transfer and confirmed pregnancy, you’ll continue your journey with compassionate medical care and ongoing support tailored to your needs.
